The Youth Clay Target Program is focused on providing young people with a positive experience in the shooting sports. It is designed to instill in young people a set of personal values or character traits that teaches fair play, compassionate understanding, individual responsibility, sportsmanship, leadership skills, self-discipline and personal commitment.

The program activities are designed to incorporate two indispensable elements - SAFETY AND FUN. Competition is a part of the program, but it is not the underlying principle. The "win-at-all costs" philosophy has no place in the youth program. Striving to win while playing by the rules does.

Girls and boys (minimum age-12 years old) from 6th grade through high school are eligible to participate in the Skeet and Sporting Clays target sports.
